MICHAEL & Alison sorted my neglected computer. They were friendly, helpful and patient. I would recommend them.I feel able to go to them for further help. |
I am a retired Quality Manager (Electronics) and even before I came to live in the area, I knew that I would be in good hands with PC Friendy. I had telephoned about the Broadband service I would expect in my new home. I was given clear and helpful advice and it has been the same since I moved in. It is not just what you do as a business but how you do it that is important to a customer and PC Friendly do it in the best way possible. I know, after over 20 years in Quality Assurance, when I am getting the real thing. |
I thought PC Friendly were excellent and professional in the way they delt with my problems in getting me,a new- comer to PCs, started and on line, with plenty of good advice. Their rates were very reasonable as well. |
I have found PC Friendly excellent. When I need them for help they are always there and always happy to help and solve all my problems. If it had not been for them being so understanding I would not have a computer today. They have been patient with me and I have felt a nuisance at times but was assured Iwas not! I am an oap and it takes some learning as you get older but they have been so understanding and obliging. I found Mike Bird of PC Friendly to be friendly, professional and determined. I was initially a bit nervous about their ability to make corrections to my PC from an off site location, which I think most members of the public would be too. Did a very good job on sorting out my pc. The machine was slow and I had lost access to my e-mails. All this was sorted out and machine is like new again. I have suffered a couple of small problems since and they have been very helpful in resolving these I would recommend pc friendly anytime |

I have used Pcfriendly on several occasions and have found their remote Internet service safe reliable and trustworthy. When I first approached Mike to see if he could remove a virus on my computer I fully expected him to collect my computer when he said that wasn't necessary he would do it by remote from his computer at home. I was very intrigued to sit in comfort in my own home and watch my screen as Mike cleaned up viruses and any other suspect sites on my computer. I have no problems in referring Mike's service to anyone. |
PC Friendly supply me with IT support that is vital to my business. My business uses a database of music via my laptop and home computer to entertain my clients. it would be a trajedy indeed if my system were to be out of action for any length of time. PC Friendly has supplied me with my hardware needs and furthermore are always available as 'online' support, which is a godsend as i cannot be without my equipment! these guys are professional and they really are friendly!...and they don't cost the earth! overall an excellent service and compliments my own business nicely! |

Having used several web design companies in the past that were a) very expensive & b) did not really satisfy me, PC Friendly did an excellent job building our new website without charging a fortune. Nothing was too much trouble & I was kept in the loop all the way through the build. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a website or a pc built or just their pc repaired or upgraded. |
